By accessing or using Health is Wealth (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Health is Wealth is a gamified habit-tracking application designed to help users track and reduce alcohol consumption. The App provides virtual savings tracking, streak counting, milestone achievements, and goal-setting features.

Important: The App does not process, hold, or transfer any real money. All savings figures displayed are virtual calculations based on your daily pledge amount and are intended for motivational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App

5. Medical Disclaimer

Health is Wealth is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is a motivational tool designed to support your personal goals. If you are experiencing alcohol dependency or withdrawal symptoms, please consult a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the property of Health is Wealth and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. User Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings in the App. Upon deletion, all your personal data, including daily logs, streaks, goals, and profile information, will be permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by the App being unavailable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health is Wealth and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
